The Plattekill Historical Preservation Society depends on volunteers to support its mission and operations. Volunteers are needed for a variety of short and long-term projects including special events, grange museum exhibits and programs, collections and research assistance, publications, social media, facilities maintenance, and office assistance. Volunteers take real joy in their service and cherish the historic experiences gained in our community setting. Many volunteers make lasting friendships with our members, co-workers, students, and interns, who are also a part of the Plattekill community.
